About The Opportunity

Netrix Global is looking for an Principal Architect for the Professional Services – Cloud Engineering department.

The Principal Architect is responsible for leading and delivering successful endpoint management projects for Netrix Global, global clients. The Principal Architect will also include some pre-sales responsibilities as well as working closely with Account Executives to deliver services and engage clients. The Principal Architect will deliver workshops to clients and collaborate with other team members on solutions development and implementation practices.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Design and implementation of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
  • Design and implementation of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for management of Windows devices (including Autopilot)
  • Creation of applications for automated delivery via ConfigMgr and Intune
  • Configuration of ConfigMgr cloud features (Cloud Attach, Co-Management, Cloud Management Gateway)
  • Integration of third-party tools and components for Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Management of iOS/Android/MacOS devices using Intune
  • Migration of iOS/Android devices to Intune from other MDMs (AirWatch, MaaS360, MobileIron, etc.)
  • Migration to ConfigMgr from existing sites or third-party management platforms (Altiris, Ivanti, etc.)
  • Analysis of Active Directory Group Policy Objects and recommendations for best practice configuration, particularly in relation to migration to MDM policy in Intune
  • Use and development of PowerShell scripts and modules for task automation
  • Creation of deliverable documentation (technical, as-built, design, roadmap)

What You Will Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study or relevant experience
  • Experience presenting solutions to IT and other stakeholders
  • Ability to solve complex problems and present the problems and their resolution in a clear and concise fashion.
  • Communicate deadlines and set expectations
  • Strong understanding of enterprise desktop management practices
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management, including Google Enterprise and Apple Business Manager implementation
  • Experience with common application packaging technologies (MSI, MSIX, PowerShell App Deploy Toolkit)
  • Experience with PowerBi and use of GRAPH a plus
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows365 a plus
  • Microsoft FastTrack experience as an architect and deployment engineer is a plus
  • Ability to effectively work remotely with global clients
  • Collaboration with geographically dispersed teams
  • Candidate should have minimum five (5) years' experience in Windows desktop administration
  • Maintain close communication and good working relationships between sales, delivery, and product organizations
  • Maintain positive culture and connectedness within the delivery organization and engagement beyond
  • Maintain a billable utilization target
  • Ensure projects are delivered to customer satisfaction
  • Work with sales teams for constant improvement and acceleration of engagement and throughput of opportunities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support for SOW/proposals for Microsoft cloud solutions including Microsoft 365, security, desktop and Azure
  • Joint participation with sales, marketing and operations for improvement of service offerings
  • Continue to work to improve best practices of the engineering organization
  • Experience with Microsoft security products (Defender, BitLocker) as well as other security products
