About The Opportunity 

At Netrix Global, the VP of Sales is the cornerstone of our B2B sales motion and is responsible for ensuring year-over-year growth of the organization by leading a high-volume, high-activity outbound prospecting team. As an executive manager, you are responsible for hiring and developing sales professionals, continuously motivating the team to reach their targets and enforcing best practices. Additional responsibilities include reporting on financial results and forecasts monthly and the administration and execution of company plans, policies, and procedures. This role will be measured against agreed upon sales targets and will be responsible for developing and achieving individual seller KPIs as well as operational objectives, targets, and quotas.

How You Will Make An Impact  

    • Collaborate with business unit leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans that achieve company objectives and sales targets.
    • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, setting performance goals and expectations.
    • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting to executive management.
    • Drive sales growth through effective team management, strategic planning, and execution of sales initiatives.
    • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with other senior leaders to align sales strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
    • Represent the sales team in executive meetings, providing insights and recommendations for business development.
    • Maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated markets to anticipate changing customer needs; proactively manage customer base.
    • Implement and lead a training program to continuously improve sales skills, including formats such as role plays centered around prospecting, discovery, and objection handling.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity within the sales team.
    • Accurately forecast on a monthly/quarterly basis, report financial results, and review the sales motion.
    • Work cross-functionally to identify and remove roadblocks for the sales team, aiming to decrease average deal cycles and close more deals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop fresh ideas for B2C campaigns and share trends and customer feedback to ensure messaging resonates with key audiences.

    What You Will Bring To The Table 

        • 10+ years of proven sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in outbound and inbound sales.
        • 5+ years of proven Sales Management experience.
        • Ambitious, energetic, confident, with a strong work ethic.
        • Target-driven and focused on delivering results.
        • Strong interpersonal skills with both customers and internal team members, exhibiting focus and drive for business building.
        • A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, sense of urgency, energy, and enthusiasm – a true team player that can build a vision for the B2C Inside Sales team and take people with them on the journey.
        • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
        • Ability to build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates diversity; serve as a role model to promote best practices.
        • Passionate about customer experience with the ability to put the customer at the heart of all interactions.
        • Ability to work effectively in a group and independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality.
        • Preferred experience in one or more of the following fields: IT, information security, training, education, or certification.
        • High proficiency using Salesforce as CRM and promoting a data-driven sales culture within the team. Pipeline and sales conversations need to be captured in Salesforce, 100% of the time.
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
        • Professionalism with a high degree of business savvy and strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
        • Excellent written and oral/presentation skills with the ability to develop and conduct effective presentations.
        • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close.
        • Up to 20% travel may be required.
